Eligibility

To use ErrandPadi, you must be a currently enrolled student at a participating Nigerian university (starting with UNIBEN) and at least 16 years old. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

02

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

03

Posting a Task

Posters are responsible for providing clear task descriptions, fair pricing, and necessary details. Funds are held securely in escrow via Paystack once a doer accepts, and are only released once the task is confirmed complete.

04

Accepting & Completing a Task

Tasks must be completed as described and within any agreed deadline. When you accept a task, you may be asked to share your device location so the poster can confirm you were on campus and, during the task, so both parties can see live progress. Both parties must act in good faith.

05

Payments & Commission

95%

of the service fee goes to the doer, plus 100% of any transport/item costs

15%

total platform commission on the service fee

The platform's 15% commission on the service fee is split two ways: a 5% fee deducted from the doer's payout, and a 10% fee added on top of the poster's total charge. Any transport cost or advanced item cost is paid to the doer in full, with no commission taken from it.

Once a doer uploads proof of completion, the poster has 24 hours to confirm. If they don't respond in that window, payment auto-releases to the doer.

06

Cancellations & Disputes

Tasks can be cancelled before acceptance. Once a task's deadline passes without a doer or without completion, a grace period applies before the task expires and any funds are refunded to the poster. Once proof of completion is uploaded, disputes must be raised through the in-app reporting tool within the 24-hour auto-release window. Our team will review and mediate fairly.

07

Prohibited Conduct

  • No illegal tasks โ€” drugs, fraud, academic dishonesty, or anything against Nigerian law
  • No harassment of other users
  • Do not circumvent platform payments
  • No fake postings or spam
08

Trust, Safety & Verification

We require identity verification for full access. Depending on your account type, you'll upload a student ID, admission letter, staff ID, or graduation certificate. Where available, we also offer instant verification through our partner Didit, which checks that you're a real, live person and that your face matches your document using liveness and face-match technology; document-authenticity checks are automated where supported, and every submission that isn't automatically approved is reviewed by our admin team. Use the in-app reporting tools for safety concerns. Repeated violations may lead to account suspension.

09

Limitation of Liability

ErrandPadi acts only as a facilitator between students. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or completion of tasks. Use the platform at your own risk.

10

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraud, or safety concerns.

11

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Edo State.
